WHOOP's referral program rewards both sides: each new user one free month of WHOOP membership when joining, and the person who shared the code one free month of WHOOP membership per successful referral. To use your WHOOP referral, open the referral link shared by an existing member — it will direct you to the official join.whoop.com sign-up flow with the referral automatically applied. Complete your membership signup and device activation through that flow to ensure the referral credit is properly attributed. Do not start checkout from a different page, as the referral context may not carry over.
