Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GivCode ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid members.
2. What GivCode is
GivCode is a community platform where users share referral codes and referral links for third-party services. Our give-to-get model requires you to contribute at least one active referral code to the pool before claiming codes from others.
GivCode is not affiliated with any of the services listed on the platform. Referral rewards, discounts, and bonuses are offered by those third-party services, not by GivCode. We make no guarantees about the availability, validity, or value of any referral code or reward.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at hello@givcode.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit referral codes or links that are expired, invalid, or fake
- Claim codes with no intention of using them
- Create multiple accounts to game the give-to-get system
- Scrape, harvest, or automate interactions with the platform
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any limits, restrictions, or security measures
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Code quality and reporting
Users are expected to submit only working referral codes or links. If you claim a code and find it does not work, you can report it as invalid. We will review reports and may remove codes or take action against accounts that repeatedly submit invalid codes.
GivCode does not verify codes before they are added to the pool and cannot guarantee that any code will work for your specific situation.
6. Paid membership
GivCode offers a one-time lifetime unlock payment that removes limits on how many referral codes you can add to the pool. Key terms:
- One-time fee — there is no recurring subscription. You pay once for lifetime access.
- No refunds — all purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
- Account-bound — your lifetime access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
- Service continuation — we intend to operate GivCode indefinitely, but cannot guarantee the Service will remain available forever. In the unlikely event we shut down, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual property
The GivCode name, logo, and platform code are owned by GivCode. You retain ownership of any referral codes you submit, but by submitting them you grant GivCode a licence to display and distribute them to other users on the platform.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GivCode is not responsible for any referral rewards that are not paid out by third-party services, changes to referral programmes, or any losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GivCode's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not made any payment).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
